Shipping policy

Pret A Porter Orders:

Once we receive your order we prepare your package to ship out via 2-3 day express delivery. Please allow 2-4 days for processings.  Each item is fully inspected and hand packaged with care. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking#. All deliveries ship insured, and one must be present to receive the package as your signature will be required at delivery address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box address for this reason. For extra caution and safety while in transit, the package will arrive in standard courier shipping boxes.

Couture Custom orders:

Custom orders take 4-5 weeks to create from scratch. Once your piece is finished, polished and ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, and follow the same policies as above.

*We will not deliver to a P.O. Box address.  We provide 2-3 day shipping via FedEx or USPS and they will only accept shipments to a valid street address with signature required upon delivery. Your shipping request addressed to a P.O. Box will be delayed and will require an address correction before shipment. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. Contact our concierge to learn more about international shipping options.
